March 8 is International Women’s Day, and this year’s theme is Embrace Equity. NaphCare is committed to doing so as part of our ongoing goal to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion – in which each member of our team can excel – irrespective of gender or gender identity.
NaphCare recognizes and celebrates the vital role women play in NaphCare’s mission and our day-to-day operations. Did you know that 78% of NaphCare’s workforce is women? With over 2,000 women at work across the country, they are making a difference, in every part of our company.
