Referral Bonuses Available
Any employee who successfully recruits a full-time or part-time employee to NaphCare will receive a $500 referral bonus after that employee completes six (6) months service with NaphCare.
In addition, any employee who successfully recruits a Provider will receive a referral bonus up to $5,000 for a full-time position and up to $2,500 for a part-time Provider.

Step 1. Share our current job openings with friends, colleagues, or family. We have openings in locations across the country for a variety of roles, both clinical and non-clinical.
Step 2. Tell your referral to provide your name as the referring employee on their employment application or in writing prior to the hiring manager extending an offer to the candidate.
Step 3. Complete the form at the bottom of this page to ensure you're connected with your referral.
Conditions Apply
Please note the following conditions:
- Both the referred and referring employee must be active employees at the time of payment.
- You are not eligible for the bonus if you supervise the position for which the referred candidate applied.
- There is no referral bonus for a PRN or “Pro Re Nata” providers.
