PTO Announcement
Our paid time off (PTO) policy has been updated to improve provisions for ADOC team members.
The previous policy stated that NaphCare would deduct 48 hours from legacy PTO balances because 48 hours of paid time off for holidays are being added. With this update, ADOC team members will still receive the additional 48 hours of holiday paid time off, but the corresponding deduction from legacy PTO balances will not happen. ADOC team members will now receive the benefit of both their full PTO allotment and NaphCare’s holiday pay policy. All Legacy PTO balances have been updated to reflect the total PTO hours from the final YesCare payroll file.
Click to read the Alabama Department of Corrections Paid Time Off (PTO) Transition Legacy Balance Policy.
Please complete this form to update your contact information and ensure you receive transition updates.
Please note, this is not your application.
