Onsite Connection. A Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team will travel to each ADOC facility to connect with healthcare staff and go over employee benefits and the hiring and onboarding process.
Onboarding Made Simple. You can access paperwork from your personal computers through our web-based onboarding system, making onboarding simple, convenient, and efficient for employees.
Retention Bonus. Any full-time or part-time (over 30 hours) employee who completes open enrollment for benefits with NaphCare by May 3 will receive a $1,000 retention bonus.
