We’ll send a transition team prior to go-live to guide you every step of the way.
It's time to start training on The NaphCare Way! You’ll receive hands-on training with our industry-leading electronic health record, TechCare EHR, which will be live on Day 1. See below for training details.
Be sure to complete your hiring process to ensure you get paid for TechCare User Training! You must turn in all new hire documentation in order to get paid for training time.
All NaphCare team members are required to complete TechCare User Training. You can complete all virtual training sessions from your personal computer or device. Training sessions must be completed outside of working hours. And, you will be paid by NaphCare for completing TechCare User Training! NaphCare will track all training participation and submit to payroll – you do not need to clock in.
All NaphCare team members are required to complete Session A of TechCare User Training. Based on your role, select the training that works best for you.
