Pre-employment Screening Process

If you are considered for an offer of employment at NaphCare, Inc., you must successfully complete a pre-employment screening process, to the extent allowed or required by law that shall include:

  • Verification of certifications, education, employment, professional license, and other pertinent data included on your employment application and eligibility to work in United States
  • Criminal background checks, including National Crime Information Center (NCIC) screenings, and drug screening
  • Pre-employment credit check required for certain positions
  • Pre-employment screening assists NaphCare in the hiring process and to maintain a safe and secure working environment for our employees and the facilities where we operate
