TechCare Training Schedule

All NaphCare team members are required to complete TechCare User Training. Each training session will be hosted by NaphCare’s Onboarding & Continuing Education Team with expert knowledge of TechCare. During the live session, you can ask questions and interact with the host to ensure your full understanding of TechCare.

You can complete all virtual training sessions from your personal computer or device. Training sessions must be completed outside of working hours. And, you will be paid by NaphCare for completing TechCare User Training! NaphCare will track all training participation and submit to payroll – you do not need to clock in.

If a live training session doesn't fit into your schedule, you can take an on-demand training course. The on-demand sessions are geared toward your role and include quizzes and checkpoints to guide you through TechCare.

Be sure to complete your hiring process to ensure you get paid for TechCare User Training! You must turn in all new hire documentation in order to get paid for training time.
