Team

Katherine Tarica has more than 15 years of healthcare experience including case management in the hospital and physician office setting, contract management, clinical operations, compliance, and large physician group management. Mrs. Tarica is responsible for the day-to-day operations of NaphCare's comprehensive medical service contracts for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Her responsibilities also include the development of comprehensive medical networks for all future Bureau of Prisons proposals.

Jeanna McNaughton, RN, CCHP has 6 years of healthcare experience including electronic medical record implementation and clinical operations. As Director of Federal Operations she oversees the medical scheduling and medical records departments. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inmate hospitalizations and ensuring treatment provided is medically necessary and approved by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. She also acts as the liaison between healthcare providers and the healthcare staff at the prison.

Nicole Stringer has over 14 years of experience working in the healthcare industry and serves as the Director of
Community Medical Services. She has the primary responsibility of providing utilization review to determine
the best possible outcome for patients, healthcare providers, and correctional facilities. As the liaison between
facility personnel and healthcare providers, she facilitates case management for hospitalized inmates.
In conjunction with the Corporate Chief Medical Officer, her daily responsibilities are to monitor the
conditions of hospitalized inmates to ensure that any treatment provided is medically necessary and to
ensure that hospital stays are for no longer than medically indicated. As part of the Utilization Management
Department, she reviews all requests for off-site services or hospitalizations to determine the appropriateness
of off-site treatment. She references a combination of existing clinical criteria that has been modified for the
unique conditions of the correctional environment for quality assurance.

Howard McNinch has over 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field. He is responsible for the NaphCare online website, automation of the invoicing system for the federal division, and writing necessary programs in areas such as claims, provider relations and ad hoc reports.
Howard also is responsible for maintaining/upgrading NaphCare's claims processing system, third party Medicare Repricer and an internally written custom application used for consolidation of off-site visits, estimates, accounts receivable and provider information. Howard has provided a quality product that meets and exceeds current standards and expectations.
