Katherine Tarica has more than 15 years of healthcare experience including case management in the hospital and physician office setting, contract management, clinical operations, compliance, and large physician group management. Mrs. Tarica is responsible for the day-to-day operations of NaphCare's comprehensive medical service contracts for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Her responsibilities also include the development of comprehensive medical networks for all future Bureau of Prisons proposals.

Yolanda Walker has more than 26 years of progressive experience in the healthcare arena. Mrs. Walker provides strategic leadership, financial and administrative oversight of hospital and physician contracting. She has Business development and implementation experience. Her responsibilities include assisting in the day to day operations of NaphCare comprehensive medical services for Federal Bureau of Prisons. She is also responsible for overseeing the development of physician and hospital networks for all the Bureau of Prisons proposals.

Chris Tinney has more than 13 years of healthcare experience including utilization management, clinical operations, claims management and data/analytics management. As Assistant Vice President of Offsite Clinical Operations, Mr. Tinney oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of NaphCare’s comprehensive medical service contracts with client jail facilities and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. His responsibilities include the oversight of the utilization management nursing staff to ensure inmate hospitalizations and offsite requests are closely monitored and deemed medically appropriate. Mr. Tinney also serves as the liaison between healthcare providers and facility personnel.
