Director of Human Resources and Recruiting

Bradley Haywood, CCHP, has the responsibility of integrating and aligning internal staffing functions throughout the company. Her staffing strategies maximize internal retention, hiring of external contracted clients, in order to meet the needs of correctional facilities nationwide.

She utilizes a variety of recruiting methods, creating a large applicant pool from which to choose qualified candidates.
