Sheila Storch, SPHR
Director of Human Resources
Sheila Storch has over 15 years of comprehensive experience across all aspects of employee relations and operations. She has corporate-wide responsibility for all human resources functions and activities including strategic planning, talent and performance management, recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee labor relations, information systems, succession planning and organizational development and training.
As a dedicated business partner she is able to balance the needs of the internal workforce and the clients NaphCare serves. Her intuitive foresight in identifying and promptly communicating employee needs and requirements has resulted in maintaining consistent staffing levels across the organization. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining a learning organizational culture that fosters employee growth and development at all levels and in particular providing the best patience care in the industry.
