Catherine Gross has over 20 years of experience in sales, with 11 years in the healthcare industry. Her correctional experience includes developing new business and vendor relations, field sales, account management, market research, advertising and corporate communications. She works closely with jail correctional clients to build key relationships and successfully manage client needs. Her commitment to customer service is accomplished by key relationship building and understanding the unique needs of the jail administration. Her duties also include coordinating sales plans, maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients, and developing target areas for new business.

Christopher Bell has over 16 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, including 12 years of sales experience in the corrections industry. He works closely with prison correctional clients to build key relationships and successfully manage client needs. As a corporate office liaison, Mr. Bell is committed to ensuring each prison administration's satisfaction throughout the course of the contract term. He is also responsible for coordinating the efforts of business development for the prisons division of NaphCare. His duties also include coordinating sales plans, maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients, and developing target areas for new business.

Lynn Weideman has over 5 years of experience in sales, advertising and public relations. She is responsible for media planning, internally as well as externally. Her advertising guidance gives NaphCare the edge in the correctional industry. Lynn also plays a role in business development. She researches potential clients for all lines of business within the company. She is the lead sales contact for TechCareTM, our Electronic Medical Record system.
