Jim McLane

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. McLane founded the company now known as NaphCare, Inc. in 1989. He has more than 40 years of management and healthcare experience, including 24 years in correctional health care. He is the chief planner and operational director of the company and is committed to providing quality healthcare solutions to correctional facilities in the most innovative and efficient manner possible. With keen insight, he is firmly committed to the continued success of partnering with correctional institutions to provide quality healthcare solutions.

Mr. McLane’s mission for the company is to provide a proactive healthcare model by utilizing technology to the fullest with implementation strategies and techniques. Other administrative accomplishments under his leadership include establishing a unique, customizable Electronic Health Records system, TechCare®, for use at all our partnering sites to ensure a more efficient quality control system.

Lee Harrison

President

Mr. Harrison has more than 36 years of healthcare experience, including more than 20 years in correctional health care. He oversees operations for jail health care, dialysis business lines, and business development for NaphCare. He also supervises clinical and administrative operations for contracted correctional facilities.

In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Harrison has vast experience with contract negotiations, budgeting, and staffing. With his experience in the correctional healthcare industry, he is able to lead the organization to growth for the future.

Connie Young

Connie Young

Chief Financial Officer

Connie Young has over 18 years of experience in managing all financial functions of a correctional healthcare corporation. Analyzing all aspects of NaphCare’s financial performance, she has a proven track record of organizing processes in order to increase efficiency for our partners. Her expertise in responding to Requests for Proposals is exemplified by her ability to develop the most accurate cost projection models possible. Her precision provides contracted facilities with a targeted figure that needs no modification.

Mrs. Young is responsible for overseeing the Federal Bureau of Prisons operations, supervising human resources and accounting; and negotiating banking relationships.

Susan Moore

Susanne Moore

Executive Vice President

Ms. Moore is a nurse attorney having 15 years experience as a Registered Nurse and 11 years as a practicing attorney focusing primarily on healthcare law and medical malpractice defense. She spent 6 years as in-house counsel for a major university School of Medicine and Health Sciences Center, proactively minimizing the occurrence of claims and lawsuits and providing defense litigation when applicable.

She is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Association of Nurse Attorneys. Having a strong clinical and legal background, Susanne will ensure the effective and smooth operation of the utilization management and legal teams.
