Our project management approach offers direct communication with senior executives for rapid decision making. The expertise of our corporate management team, combined with vast knowledge of correctional healthcare and the number of years of experience, make NaphCare what it is today. The founder of the company has more than 35 years of healthcare experience, and provides continuity as the company continues to grow.
Chief Executive Officer
James S. McLane is the sole stockholder and founder of NaphCare.
With more than 35 years of management and healthcare experience, Mr. McLane began working in the
correctional healthcare industry 20 years ago as a pharmacist. As the chief planner and operational
director for the organization, he is committed to providing quality healthcare solutions to correctional
facilities in the most innovative and efficient manner possible.
B. Lee Harrison oversees jail and dialysis operations, and client relations.
Mr. Harrison has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, with more than 15 years in correctional healthcare.
Connie Young is responsible for financial statements, cash management, budgets,
investment evaluation and corporate accounting, as well as supervising human resources, accounting,
purchasing and administrative staff. Mrs. Young has more than 15 years of financial management
experience-including 10 years in correctional healthcare-and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Richard Apollo, RN, is responsible for the overall management of dialysis units including
personnel management and administration of contracts. Mr. Apollo is a Registered Nurse with more
than 20 years of healthcare and administrative experience.
Katherine Tarica has more than 12 years of healthcare
experience including case management in the hospital and physician office setting, contract management, clinical operations,
compliance, and large physician group management. Mrs. Tarica is responsible for the day-to-day operations of NaphCare's
comprehensive medical service contracts for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Her responsibilities also include the development
of comprehensive medical networks for all future Bureau of Prisons proposals.
Kerry Kelley, RPh is responsible for all aspects
of NaphCare's pharmacy program, including operations and procedures related to formulary management, as well as serving on our Pharmacy &
Therapeutics Committee. Mr. Kelley has more than 30 years of pharmaceutical experience and is a Registered Pharmacist with a Master's
Degree in Public Administration.
Michelle Morgan, D.O., MSHA, CCHP is
responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, and chairs several committees such as Continuous Quality Improvement,
and Pharmacy and Therapeutic. With Dr. Morgan's strong management and decision-making skills, she provides excellent medical
leadership and strategies to better coordinate inmate healthcare.
Larry Gann, BSN, MSN is an experienced
Registered Nurse and Health Services Administrator, and oversees operations for all of our jail client facilities,
including orientation and training and ensuring appropriate relations between site healthcare staff and correctional staff.
Mr. Gann is responsible for budget compliance for jail medical services as well as staffing issues and recruitment.
