About

So how does a correctional healthcare provider with over 800 professionals in more than 23 states continuously respond and adjust to each facility?

Try a simple corporate structure where on-site teams have direct access to corporate personnel and senior leadership. Where corporate management regularly visits every site. Where management, security and medical collaborate around daily treatment reports and evolve together to ensure the ultimate long term ‘fit’.

NaphCare likes to retain local, qualified people already inside your facility. Ensuring continuity of care to inmates and fewer disruptions from immediate changes to personnel or programs. No wonder NaphCare has enjoyed steady growth and profitability for nearly two decades. It’s the way healthcare should be run.
