Ms. Tarica has over 24 years of healthcare experience and 12 years working in correctional healthcare at NaphCare. She is responsible for the operation of all off-site services at 28 Federal Bureau of Prisons facilities across the country, as well as new federal business development.
Ms. Tarica's responsibilities further include NaphCare's role in providing health care services to 13,000 federal inmates residing at 180 Residential Reentry Centers throughout the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Senior Vice President of Federal Prisons
Ms. Walker has more than 26 years of progressive experience in the healthcare arena, providing NaphCare with strategic leadership and operational oversight for facilities contracted with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP). Her responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day operations of NaphCare’s comprehensive medical services for federal sites. She is also responsible for assisting in large contract negotiations and process improvement. Since joining NaphCare in 2010, Mrs. Walker has been instrumental in advancing the company’s federal business nationwide.
Assistant Vice-President of Federal Prisons
Ms. Ford has over 19 years of healthcare experience in social work, clinical case management and clinical operations including: clinical collaboration, development of policies and procedures for community healthcare services, internal audits on performance-based measures, as well as community relations. As Director of Off-Site Operations, Ms. Ford oversees the clinical operations of comprehensive medical service contracts with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Her role as the operational liaison bridges federal contracts with their healthcare networks established by NaphCare. Additionally, Ms. Ford oversees NaphCare’s case management and on-site credentialing teams who service our federal contracts across the county.
